PRODUCT AND PROCESS QUALITY
Our quality policy guarantees complete control over all company processes in accordance with UNI EN ISO 9001: 2015 certified by TUV SUD since May 2022 for the following application field: " MECHANICAL WORKS ON CUSTOMER SPECIFICATIONS ".
TMT has a scrupulous and continuously improving product control system, performed directly by our qualified operators using instruments calibrated and certified by our partners chosen according to the quality standards expected by TMT.
We also boast of a temperature-controlled metrology room, supervised by our RSGQ, in which product sampling plans are carried out using ZEISS CMMs and the related calibrated and certified measuring instruments.
At the customer's request we carry out dimensional checks on all batches in production with the release of certified reports with relative traceability .
Furthermore, we also offer the check-only service on products made by suppliers other than TMT.
Reference standard relating to general tolerances of size and shape to which TMT complies: UNI EN 22768 .
Furthermore, TMT considers it essential to maintain a highly qualitative standard of its business processes by supervising them with data collection systems (industry 4.0).
